Executive Director

Based in New York, USA she provides strategic advice and services to early-stage growth organizations related to social media strategy, corporate development, commercial growth, business planning, and financing alternatives. Ms. Jean-Pierre’s client companies typically face immediate challenges and need an agile partner to create a social media plan leveraging various platforms to reach target audiences and extend brand awareness. Ms. Jean Pierre plays in integral role in creating business and strategic plans to help clients to explore and prepare for capital raising initiatives.

  • Advising and supporting management in the successful raise funds for luxury Apparel Brand. Formed partnerships with on-line boutique retailers resulting in an increase in revenue by 80%. 

Prior to working with start-ups, Guilaine spent 15 years an executive in the Private Wealth Management Divisions at Citi and Morgan Stanley. After graduating from Williams College, she was one of the founding employees of Teach for America.

Guilaine is a strategic advisor to “FLOW” First Ladies of the World, an organization whose mission is to increase the level of access and transforming the model of capital available for women and girls.

She earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College.

KEITH D. WYATT

Executive Director

Based in Dallas, Texas, USA, he provides strategic consulting services to early and mid-stage companies which need assistance in the areas of general corporate advisory, strategic alternatives review, operations development, business plan development and finance operations among other corporate management services.

Mr. Wyatt leverages more than 25 years of corporate advisory experience to provide innovative and results-driven insights with proven leadership success. His areas of expertise include early and mid-stage company development, strategic advisory, operations, sales, business and corporate development, funding strategy, corporate finance.

Prior to working with early and mid-stage companies, Mr. Wyatt worked in corporate finance with GE Capital and Bank of America where work included advisory on structured finance loan pool management and investigations including sales to third party investors and follow-on loan servicing for diversified $4 billon portfolio.  Mr. Wyatt provided advisory and client management support to originate and structure over $1 billion in commercial and residential disaster loans.

 After graduating from college, he worked as an aide to a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, DC.

Outside of work, Mr. Wyatt co-founded Expeditions of Hope, a (501)(c)(3) philanthropic non-profit organization, whose mission is to create a sustainable model for measurably improving basic medical care and general health education for people in remote communities in the developing world. Expeditions of Hope’s initial focus is to work with local partners in remote regions in the Himalaya, specifically the lower Solukhumbu District of Nepal.

Mr. Wyatt earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Business from Texas Christian University.
